Hello! My name is Alina, I am a psychologist and Gestalt therapist. In my practice, I work with topics of traumatic experiences, loss, uncertainty, anxiety, emotional exhaustion and difficulties in relationships. I also pay attention to topics of sexuality, personal boundaries, experienced violence and the impact of traumatic experiences on a person’s emotional and physical state.
I know how exhausting it can be to live in a state of constant tension, expectation or inner loneliness. In therapy, I help a person gradually regain contact with themselves, their feelings, body and inner supports. I am there so that they do not have to go through this path alone.
