Hello! My name is Kateryna, I am a psychologist and have been working since 2021 with military families and civilians affected by war.
I specialize in restoring mental health after traumatic experiences. I help people cope with anxiety, depressive symptoms, emotional exhaustion, experiencing loss, grief and crisis periods in life. In my work, I use evidence-based methods, in particular the CETA program (Johns Hopkins University), built on elements of CBT and aimed at overcoming the consequences of traumatic events, severe stress, anxiety and depressive states.
For me, it is important to create a safe space in which a person can be heard, gradually reduce the level of internal tension, find support within themselves, and transform difficult experiences into a resource for further life.
